I’ve known Stania for a few years now; She is my cousin’s best friend. Imagine how exited I was when she asked me to photograph her wedding at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. During the consultation I felt connected to Stania and Jean because of our similar backgrounds. Stania and Jean got engaged around the same time Eddie and I did and got married around the same time we did as well! This was my first time photographing at wedding at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton and hopefully it is not my last. This location is beautiful! Here is a sneak-peek of Stania and Jean’s wedding. There are more beautiful photos to come!
In October 2018, I photographed the largest and most luxury wedding of my career. I’ll be honest, it was exhilerating and slightly overwhelming. When Nicole asked me to photograph her wedding day, I was not sure what to say. While on the phone, she described what her big day will look like. She said the wedding will be at John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. She and her entire bridal party will get ready at the Boston Park Plaza and there will be police detail to escort her from the Boston Park Plaza to the John F. Kennedy Presidial Library and Museum. She described her wedding as “The Black Royal Wedding.” ‘Wow!’, I replied. When the big day arrived, myself and my team of TWO additional photographers and an assistant, captured the day. I was in awe the entire day. The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum was completely transformed for this Black Royal Wedding. Every detail was thought of from lighting to the couples logo. Nicole wore 3 jaw dropping dresses on her big day and though the couple did a first look, they still cried when exchanging vows. It was beautiful, it was luxury and I am truly honored to have captured this day. Here is a sneak peek of Nicole and Rashad’s Black Royal wedding at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. There is so much more to come so please stay tuned!!
Photographing Vy Vy Vo, one of Boston’s most talented invitation designers was such a great experience. When Vy Vy reached out to me for her business branding photoshoot, I knew it was an opportunity that I could not pass up. Besides weddings and engagements, Fritzmean Photography also specializes in photographing small business owners in Massachusetts. It was an honor working with Vy Vy and if you are looking for unique luxury wedding and event invitations then I highly suggest hiring Vy Vy Vo.
I’m sure I’ve said this before but one of my favorite things to photograph are proposals! Capturing the moment when a couple transitions to the next phase in their relationship is heart warming. Recently I had the chance to capture a proposal at Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park. Honestly, if you are reading this and thinking about proposing, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HIRE A PHOTOGRAPHER TO CAPTURE YOUR PROPOSAL! Seriously, just do it. Here is a sneak peak of the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park proposal. After you’re done viewing, reach out to me to schedule your own proposal shoot!
Honestly what can I say about Nicole and Rashad’s engagement session other than the fact that they served LEWKS and gave me life! Nicole wore two stunning dresses and even brought their puppy Lady to the shoot. We started the engagement session in Quincy, MA on a gorgeous roof top deck overlooking views of the Boston skyline. 10 minutes into the session I knew that they were no strangers to being in front of the camera. Following the rooftop deck, we drove into Boston and took pictures near the JFK Museum where the couple would be tying the knot. Prior to their engagement session, Nicole expressed to me that she really wanted views of Boston sprinkled throughout the session and I believe we did just that. Without further ado, here are the photos from Nicole and Rashad’s Boston engagement session.

As I begin planning my own wedding, I can't help but fawn over these wedding details captured at Woods Hole Golf Club. The reception space has large windows which allowed so much beautiful natural light to enter the room. A dessert table is one of my favorite things to see at a wedding and when I saw this one, I couldn't help myself and just kept taking pictures. Will you opt for a dessert table for your wedding or keep it simple with a traditional wedding cake?

A few weeks ago I recieved an email for the cutest proposal I've heard of in a while. When Alex reached out to me about proposing to his girlfriend (also named Alex) at Franklin Park Zoo, I was curious about such a unique location and had to know the full story:

While some traditionalists prefer waiting until the alter to see each other on their big day, having a first look can be just as special—and much more personal. Having a first look before the ceremony provides an intimate, emotional moment for the both of you, allowing you to prepare for the life-changing moment you are about to share in front of your family and friends.Read More
